This is to bring in notice of all the students that PDM College of Pharmacy is celebrating National Pharmacy Week 2014. The following events are going to be organised and participation criterion for each events is given as follows:
1. Poster Making Competition:
- Theme of the poster must be “Responsible use of medicine: Role of pharmacists”
- The poster should be handmade. Students should bring their poster made at home.
- The size of poster should be in A3 Sheet- Colourful or plain.
- Name of students or any indication of identity should not be presented in poster.
- The poster must be submitted lately by 20th November 2014.
- The poster could be presented individually or as a team of two.
2. Logo Designing Competition:
- The logo must represent the theme of Pharma Buds. Word Pharmarepresents Pharmacy profession and Buds representing the students and future pharmacists.
- Further details of the Pharma Buds club and its objectives could be found at http://pharmabuds.blogspot.com
- The logo should be hand-made or designed from computer.
- The logo must be original.
- Logo must be submitted lately by 20th November 2014.
3. Quiz competition:
- The questions will be related to pharmacy- Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Analysis and general knowledge (Current affairs, sports, personalities, geography and dates)
- Participants should be in team of four(each member representing all classes) and maximum of 12 teams will be entertained.
- The teams should be registered lately by 24th November 2014.
- The competition will be held at 3 rounds. 6 high scoring teams will be promoted to second round.
- Quiz master’s decision would be final in case of any conflicts.
Note: Participants can register their name for quiz competition and Poster and logo must be submitted to Mr. Vikash (A.P). Soft copy of logo could be mailed at pdmpharmabuds@gmail.com with Name of student, Class and Roll no.
